PsychCare celebrated Mental Health Day 2025 at Schola Nova, beginning the day with a morning assembly and an awareness talk by Dr. Semra Salik. The session focused on promoting emotional wellbeing, understanding mental health, and equipping students with strategies to recognize and express their feelings.
Team PsychCare conducted an engaging IQ screening camp and facilitated a variety of activities designed to support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. Students participated in interactive exercises such as “Name What You Are Feeling Right Now,” Drum Circle, and various relaxation activities. Games including Jenga and Rubik’s Cube encouraged problem-solving, focus, and collaborative skills. Each child also completed an IQ assessment and a mental health checklist, receiving a small gift as part of the initiative.
The event emphasized the importance of integrating mental health awareness into the school environment, promoting early emotional literacy, and providing children with tools for self-expression and resilience. PsychCare’s participation reflects its commitment to nurturing psychological wellbeing in young learners, supporting both their cognitive development and emotional growth in a safe, engaging, and empowering environment.
